Hello, My Name is Brooke

so i am not even gonna make excuses or say how i am a terrible blogger.  i will let the obvious speak. ok so there is that.
summer...oh my summer.  summer has been fabulous being at home with the kids and playing and taking it easy.  i have been working at school some and working on school stuff at home but that is nothing new.  i enjoy teaching and creating new things therefore i still work on stuff in the summer. <3
no broken  bones this summer, or surgeries, or anything scary like that so far and praying we are in the clear. we started out our summer vacay brilliantly in san antonio where we went to sea world, the natural bridge caverns, and shopping in san marcos.  we had a fabulous time as our family of four.  the kids {and us} adored sea world and we went two days.  kyler was a rock star and braved a 60 foot high obstacle course with his daddy.  kam got to do the kiddie 4 foot course and i did the zip line! we made lots of amazing memories and the kids want to go back and see shamu again very soon.
kyler made all stars in baseball so we played ball all of june as well.  he sure loves it.  so do we.
now that it is the middle of july, i am shaking my head and realizing summer is going way too fast and it is quickly approaching our official report time back to school, in about a month. {shreeeek!}
again, i love what i get to do each day but i certainly love my time at home with my babies with no make up, sun tan lines, and wet fun buns.  oh life is good.
